Hello readers. I’ve decided to make more of a conscious effort to keep people in the loop of why I started this blog in the first place. The main reason was to show people how I view the world and what’s in it. I love music, I love great art, I love traveling and meeting great people along the way. I’m going to bring that back and will try my best to make daily contributions to the interested tumblr community to bring that focus back.

First on my agenda I would like to point out my great friend Adam Laidlaw’s new band Brunch. He has been doing an excellent one man folk band called, Under White Pines ever since i’ve met him. We’ll get back to that later but for now I’ve been obsessed with his indie pop alter ego, Brunch. Why don’t you take a listen for yourself. He recorded it all himself and I’m almost positive he made the video himself as well. A true Renaissance Man.

Goodbye’s are some of the hardest parts of life to get through. They linger like ghosts. Reflections, sadness, and heartbreak are all inevitable in most cases. Certainly a proper goodbye to a loved one passing is a part of closure that many don’t get the opportunity to get through. It’s still very sad.

Perhaps saying goodbye could be the most cathartic thing to do when you’re under someones thumb and you have the world open to make what you want of it. A fresh start.

I know i’ve felt it on both ends but by nature, life is structured in a way where there is a ending there is a new beginning always. 

That said, I’d just like to say hello again. Let’s start fresh and live in the now…

In the future, when it comes time to say goodbye, I’d love to say, i’ll see you soon. I love you. I want to believe in ghost love.
